Direct Billing to Your Parish or School

Parishes and schools may be billed. Individuals must prepay by check or credit card.

Shipping and handling are added to your order.

Shipping/handling charges billed at 11% of order subtotal with a $5.00 minimum will appear on invoice.

Taxes are added for delivery in Texas and California.

Prepaid Orders

Individuals must prepay.

Check, Mastercard, and Visa are accepted. (Only Mastercard and Visa if ordering online.)

Please add 11% of subtotal order for shipping and handling (minimum $5.00).

Please add state tax if your order is being shipped to Texas, Iowa, Michigan, or California.

Returns

Please call our customer service department and have your invoice number available for return authorization.

Our return policy:

Videos may be returned if found defective for replacement only.

Books and other materials may be returned within 90 days of purchase. No more than 10‰ of your total order may be returned.

All materials must be returned prepaid. Please package materials carefully. Credit will only be issued for products that are in sellable condition. RCL is not responsible for damages caused to materials in shipment.
