New Pre-school Curriculum
This winter we will be launching a completely new pre-school religion readiness curriculum for ages 3-5 entitled Stories of God's Love. In each of its two levels young children will be introduced to core Bible stories from the Old and New Testaments that assure them of God's steadfast love for them. You will find this program flexible, easy to use in both Catholic school and parish settings, and invites the family into partnership as the crucible in which children will take their first steps in faith.
New Catechist Formation
Using the best-selling catechist formation program, Echoes of Faith, as a foundation, the new Echoes of Faith Plus is made up of 14 video-assisted modules now available in a DVD format. Wtih bonus interviews on the DVD's and a brand new CD-Rom feature included in the participant booklet, Echoes of Faith Plus will help train your catechists with up-to-date material influenced by the most recent Church documents. As of this summer, nine modules of Echoes Plus will be available--just in time for your fall in-service events.
New Adult Faith Formation Resources
The newest Echoes of Faith Plus module is designed to train facilitators who work in adult formation small group settings. With the same features as all of the new Echoes Plus modules, this DVD/booklet resource will help you prepare facilitators for all your adult ministries--RCIA, faith sharing, Bible study, and more.
Exploring Our Catholic Faith: A Spiritual Guide for Believers and Seekers by Rev. Louis Cameli is a series of 26 leaflets with themes drawn from the Catechism of the Catholic Church. This program can be used to effectively engage adults in a process of learning, reflection, and prayer that leads to a better understanding of our faith, meaningful faith sharing, and growth in community.
The Faith Connection has been redesigned with new features to engage older teens and adults in lifelong faith formation and assist them in making connections between the Sunday Scriptures and their everyday lives.
New Sacrament Program
RCL Benziger's Confirmation is the newest additon to our successful sacrament preparation programs. Based in the ritual of the sacrament and designed for use with both younger and older teens, Confirmation prepares candidates for a lifetime of discipleship. In addition, RCL Benziger offers you the choice of two complete sacramental preparation programs for First Eucharist and Reconciliation.
K-8 Curriculum
RCL Benziger offers you two excellent choices for your K-8 curriculum. Faith First Legacy Edition incorporates a spiral approach that weaves Scripture, Catholic doctrine, and seasonal celebration into each year of the curriculum. Children reinforce and expand their knowledge of the timeless truths of our Catholic faith each year and are called to participate in the mission of the Church. Christ Jesus, the Way incorporates both a thematic and spiral approach that allows students to reinforce certain key doctrinal themes each year, yet also focus on a particular faith theme that is developmentally appropriate. Christ Jesus the Way also offers you a completely bilingual edition for grades 1-6.
